The Foundation will send $2,000 payable directly to the selected student’s university on his or her behalf to fund educational pursuits.

Applicants for the scholarship should be juniors or seniors in good academic standing at accredited universities, studying public relations or an equivalent major. Previous PR experience through volunteering, employment, or an internship is required.

The PRSA Foundation administers the Axia scholarship and all applications must be received through their site, which may only accept applicants during the application period,
typically late January to May. The PRSA Foundation's appointed committee makes all eligibility and selection decisions.
