  • Systems scale to enhance quality across multiple client engagements
  • The agency grows smoothly and profitably

What you bring

  • 7–10+ years in an agency environment
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple client accounts and teams
  • Proven record of improving performance, retention, and delivery quality
  • Strong communication skills and leadership maturity
  • Proven experience in mentoring and developing account managers
  • Confidence and poise while balancing client needs, team capacity, and agency priorities

Exceptional Director-level or Senior Account Manager candidates who are ready to operate at this level will be considered. Title and compensation will be determined based on final leveling and scope of responsibility.

Compensation

$100,000–$165,000 annual salary, depending on experience, plus profit sharing.

Location

Remote, with some preference for candidates located in (Northeast) Florida, or willing to travel there occasionally (up to quarterly) for leadership meetings and team collaboration.

About Axia Public Relations

What We Believe

We believe public relations is the best way to build and maintain a great reputation. But when people don’t know what effective PR is, they often do it wrong.

Who We Are

Forbes Magazine named Axia one of America’s best PR agencies.

Our core values reflect who we are and what our clients need to thrive. We continue relationships only with clients and colleagues who honor our core values:

  1. Integrity
  2. Ideas
  3. Relationships
  4. Results
  5. Improvement

What We Do

We help organizations share stories that matter to their critical audiences. Our experts deliver measurable results through our unique news, social media, and web services, helping our clients gain visibility, consideration, and trust.

Who We Serve

America’s most admired and fastest-growing organizations trust Axia as their PR agency of record.

What We’ve Built

In 2002, Jason Mudd founded Axia in his den without a single client — but with a determination to create a better PR agency experience for clients and employees.

Twenty-some years later, the World Communications Forum named him North America's Best PR Leader, and companies nationwide choose to work with Axia’s small team of highly effective, award-winning experts.

Axia’s commitment to clients remains unwavering. Our agency has built an excellent reputation (net client and employee promoter scores range from 98–100), our clients are industry thought leaders, and we are positioned for significant growth.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Axia is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination. We celebrate the unique differences of our employees because that is part of what drives curiosity, innovation, and the success of our company. We do not discriminate. This includes race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy, parental status, genetic information, political affiliation or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.
