Job Summary
Axia Public Relations seeks a Director of Digital Media to lead its social media and web services. This is a strategic leadership role focused on client satisfaction, ROI-driven campaigns, and team guidance. Candidates must bring agency experience, technical acumen, and alignment with Axia’s core values: integrity, ideas, relationships, results, and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Axia digital team’s delivery of social media and website services.
- Develop, implement, and refine digital strategies to meet client objectives.
- Leverage data-driven insights and testing methodologies to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize media plans for maximum ROI.
- Serve as the client-facing expert who communicates the rationale behind recommendations and demonstrates ROI.
- Lead the development and optimization of digital media strategies aligned with clients’ goals.
- Collaborate with creative, account, and analytics teams to create cohesive campaigns.
- Guide internal team members to ensure consistent alignment with Axia’s standards and values.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase client success through digital initiatives.
- Oversee analytics and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Stay updated on evolving digital media trends, best practices, and new technologies, tools, or emerging platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- 2+ years of agency experience (required)
- Proficiency in media analytics platforms and attribution models
- Proven leadership experience with remote or hybrid digital teams
- HubSpot Inbound Certification (required)
- High-level experience with WordPress and CMS platforms
- Familiarity with HighLevel, Canva, ClickUp, and social media management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social)
- Deep understanding of social media strategy, SEO, and digital content best practices

- Compensation: $50K–$85K annual salary range, based on qualifications and experience
- Payable by direct deposit on the 15th and 30th of each month

Travel Requirements
Travel will comprise up to 10% annualized, with most months requiring no travel and up to two months requiring up to 50% travel for media tours, trade shows, conferences, speaking engagements, and current and prospective client site visits.
Physical Requirements
