PR Club Membership is an implementation-first, entry-level earned media program designed for companies seeking consistent publicity and third-party credibility without the cost of a full strategic PR retainer.
PR Club provides access to Axia’s streamlined earned media systems focused on outreach and placements. Our expert team will leverage media databases, requests, editorial calendars, submitted articles, newsjacking techniques, and other sources for mentions, quotes, and feature stories. We also provide digital media monitoring, a digital portfolio of earned coverage, and earned media coverage alerts.
This program intentionally does not include the deeper strategic layers that come with our typical engagements, such as launch strategy, messaging architecture, annual planning, structured onboarding, quarterly strategy sessions, and executive-level advisory. If you want publicity-first media relations, PR Club is a good fit. If you want strategy, messaging refinement, and long-term positioning leadership, NewsBureau is a better fit.

Media coverage bonuses are separate from, and in addition to, the base membership investment. Members are encouraged to plan for at least three media coverage bonuses per month ($2,500 or more), recognizing that authentic, unpaid media coverage is earned, not guaranteed.

PR Club Membership gives your organization access to ongoing earned media outreach without a full-service PR retainer or long-term contract. Axia identifies relevant media opportunities, pitches your preapproved topics to preapproved outlets, and works to earn credible third-party visibility for your organization. This program is for organizations that want more media coverage but do not yet need a full strategic PR engagement.
PR Club includes Axia’s ongoing media outreach on your behalf. We pursue earned media coverage from preapproved outlets on preapproved topics, monitor for placements, and provide coverage notifications and clipbook reporting. PR Club does not include strategy development, messaging architecture, media training, content creation, or full PR reporting. It’s built for organizations that want consistent visibility and a controlled investment structure without a full strategic engagement.
You stay in control before outreach begins. Together, we preapprove your target media outlets, story topics, and budget expectations. Axia then pursues those approved opportunities without asking you to review every pitch in real time. When we identify a media opportunity outside your pre-approved list, we bring it to you for review before moving forward.
Media coverage bonuses are separate from and in addition to your base membership investment. When coverage runs in a preapproved outlet on a preapproved topic, you pay a bonus based on outlet type. Bonus levels range from $700 for podcast coverage to $3,000 for national TV coverage. You only pay a media coverage bonus when approved coverage runs.
Members should plan for at least $2,500 per month. That's for about three media coverage bonuses per month. We can and would like to earn more coverage, but that's the minimum investment required for participation in this program. This is a planning recommendation, not a guarantee of coverage volume. Actual media coverage bonuses vary based on your newsworthiness, editorial interest, timing, market conditions, and responsiveness to media opportunities.
Yes. PR Club members may request a news release for a $1,000 investment, equivalent to a digital media coverage bonus. Axia will draft the release to meet the recommended specifications of the syndicated press release newswire package, provide up to three rounds of revisions, and submit it for distribution. This optional add-on is separate from your base membership investment. Syndicated pickups from that release are included, so no additional media coverage bonuses apply to those placements.
No. Earned media coverage depends on newsroom decisions, timing, relevance, market conditions, and editorial judgment. Axia applies proven media relations methods to improve your visibility and create opportunities, but no ethical PR program can guarantee specific placements, outlet decisions, or coverage volume. PR Club helps you pursue earned media with a lower-risk, controlled investment structure.
Earned media isn't guaranteed, and some months will be more successful than others. For months when you haven't earned media coverage, as part of your base PR Club membership, we can secure up to two placements per month in more than 35 digital publications — as long as it's a relevant fit — where we have content agreements to submit regular articles. Placements in these specific digital publications do not count toward your media coverage bonuses.
