Research & Planning Period (0-60 Days)
Ideas: The initial 0-60 days of the engagement will focus on research and planning to make certain that we understand your business and competitive landscape. Axia will familiarize itself with Client with the primary objective of developing a collaborative and approved strategic PR plan – including goals, target audiences, measurable objectives, strategies, ideas, tactics and tools, key messages, custom contact/media lists, editorial/industry trade/trade show calendars and corresponding timelines for activities and tasks – to guide the PR program. Axia will evaluate Client's spokespersons' experience levels and, as needed, provide one half-day training session at no additional cost – a unique offering of this PR firm. Axia will evaluate existing PR materials and update information as needed for the PR campaign. Axia will provide national media-monitoring, clipping and measurement services at no cost to Client – a unique offering of this PR firm.
