The retailer reached out to Axia's PR team to craft crisis responses. Axia’s quick action prevented the story from going national and attracting further attention from the media.
CENTER FOR REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE
The Center for Reproductive Medicine hired Axia to achieve greater awareness for its unique qualifications and high success rates. When A1A Solar announced it was installing Florida’s largest private rooftop solar array, it hired Axia to handle all media relations. Axia developed a news release that it pitched to media outlets. Axia earned A1A Solar Contracting eight news articles and corresponding social media mentions.
COMPASS GROUP/POSEIDON HOTEL VENTURES
Compass Group and Poseidon Hotel Ventures hired Axia to educate the local community and gain public approval for a proposed SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel in New Smyrna Beach. Axia communicated the hotel’s positive economic impact to regional media. With Axia’s help, the proposed plans were able to move forward.
Operation Skate is dedicated to the vision of providing a city and county supported and supervised park for skateboarders, rollerbladers and BMX bicyclists. As a former youth skateboarder and Fernandina Beach native, Axia’s founder Jason Mudd was thoroughly stoked to get involved.

RICK KEFFER DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP
After eight successful years in business, Rick Keffer Dodge Chrysler Jeep wanted to maximize repeat sales from prior customers. To achieve that goal, the AXIA team created a quarterly “Keffer Club” newsletter for the 4,000 customers who had purchased a new or used vehicle from the dealership in the past five years. This focused strategy resulted in a record-high sales figures for the following two quarters, exceeding monthly sales goals set by the Chrysler Corporation.
