Jax Federal Credit Union, looking to promote its transition to a community credit union, looked to Axia Public Relations to generate media exposure. During its campaign, Axia wrote news releases and leveraged current media contacts to announce the credit union’s new “open membership” and publicized JFCU’s first building purchase to further solidify the company’s community presence in Jacksonville, Fla. The end result was more than $58,000 in earned media coverage for JFCU in The Florida Times-Union, Jacksonville Business Journal and the Financial News and Daily Record.
