Sometimes larger corporations with multiple locations find it difficult to build a singular company culture. Employees should feel aligned with the company mission and be aware of goals no matter their working location. Here are three helpful ways to bulletproof your company culture throughout all company offices.

    1.  Blogging.

A company blog is a great way to reach customers and drive traffic to your site. It’s also a great way to keep all of your employees in the loop about what's going on in different departments or offices. Offer employees a chance to write blog posts so they know their voices matter.

  1. Online team collaboration tools.

It comes natural for most of us to connect with each other online. There are many great tools to help teams collaborate effectively. You can choose a tool based on your team’s size, interface preference and work dynamic. If you frequently have brainstorming sessions, you need a tool with easy chat options. If you need to collaborate on writing documents, consider Google docs. Many companies also choose Asana, Evernote and Yammer.

  1. Internal documents and intranet.

If your employees are located in different offices, one big challenge is finding ways for them to stay engaged and connected. Internal documents are important tools that help employees stay informed about company news. Newsletters and daily emails can keep employees abreast of new information, highlight employee accomplishments and define future goals. An effective internal communications system will help to make your objectives clear to everyone and track progress.

Having a market presence in diverse geographical locations may be the key to your company's success. Companies with a unified culture are effective communicators, not just with their customers, but also with their employees. They value their employees’ opinions and work hard to recognize individual accomplishments to achieve mutual business objectives.
